Return and Replacement policy

Within the UAE, we have a no-hassle return policy. If a consumer is not completely satisfied with his/her purchase from us, he/she has 7 days from the date of delivery to return or replace it.

With the exception of consumable products and the fabrication items, all regularly stocked items can be returned for free within 7 days of receiving if they are unused and in their original packaging as received.

By Credit/Debit card:

  • We will credit the refund to the same credit/debit card used during the order procedure within 30 working days if you paid by credit/debit card.
  • Our Customer Service will make a bank wire transfer to the individual who submitted the order within 7-14 working days if the payment is made cash on delivery.
  • Bank Wire: Within 7-14 working days, our Customer Service will make a bank wire transfer to the person who placed the order.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Period:

Sawas Kitchen Equipment provides a one-year warranty on all parts (excluding consumable parts and the broken products) and services beginning on the date of delivery.

Damages:

Manufacturer defects are covered under the warranty. Any additional damages or misuse will be invoiced and handled by the maintenance department in accordance with the manual’s instructions.

Sale Delivery and Warranty

  • For custom fabrication & special order 100% amount must be paid in advance.
  • Balance payment must be paid before 48 hours prior to delivery time, any delays unsettlement shall be the responsibility of customer.
  • Company shall not accept any responsibility for delays in delivery due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • Company has the right to cancel an order for reason beyond their control or due to non-availability of ordered goods or for any other circumstances.
  • The customer needs to bring the machines to the maintenance center Sharjah. Unless shipping and delivery charges will be added depends of the area.
  • The warranty does not cover electric motors, heaters, shawarma burners, broken, mishandling and misuse plug. Failure to provide the appropriate conditions for the product or damages resulting from the wrong voltage site.
  • The warranty will be revoked immediately if anybody tries to service or open the machine.
  • Valid one-year warranty from the date of the invoice and within the UAE only.
  • Free warranty inside the maintenance center in Sharjah and in case of maintenance outside the center added charges of 300 AED on each visit in UAE.
  • The warranty does not cover the machine in the event of non-compliance with the instruction’s manual attached.
  • The replacement within (48) Hours of the date of invoice and must submit the original invoice for the replacement failure to provide the original invoice the process will be stopped for the replacement.
  • In case of replacement the machine and the attachment must be in good, unused and undamaged condition and is in fine health and original packing.
  • We will not replace the machines before checking by authorized maintenance center.
  • In case of replacement, the installation cancellation or delivery returns there will be extra charges.
  • In case of payment for the custom fabrication with specific size and the order has been cancelled, the amount paid will not refund.
  • The company is not responsible for any of the installation accessories {water tap, gas regulator … etc.} and any addition will be payable from the customer’s side.
